Bar Chef Lu Brow mixes a Bacardi Blueberry Hill cocktail in honor of New Orleans and Fats Domino. Bacardi Blueberry Hill: (Yields 1 cocktail) 1.5 ounces fresh blueberries 1 ounce lemon-lime mix (equal parts fresh lemon and lime juice) .5 ounce simple syrup 1 ounce passion fruit syrup 1.5 ounces Bacardi light rum 1 ounce ginger beer Combine blueberries, lemon-lime, simple syrup and passion fruit syrup in a highball glass. Muddle to break up blueberries. Add Bacardi and fill with ice, then top with cocktail shaker and shake. Strain into a fresh highball glass and fill with ice. Top the cocktail with ginger beer and garnish with fresh blueberries.
